Generated Videos: Videos generated through our Service are owned by you. You have full commercial rights to use these videos for your business purposes.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Innovator Video and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
We may change pricing with 30 days notice
You are responsible for applicable taxes
Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Free Tier

We offer a limited free tier with 3 video generations. Free tier usage is subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNOVATOR VIDEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innovator Video and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Innovator Video operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
